I am a friend or relative of a current/past resident

Our Aunt lives at Bailey Point and every time we come for a visit, she mentions how much she likes it and what a great decision to move there. The staff show such affection and respect for the residents and always eager to make sure they have what they need. We are happy because she is happy.

We recently toured several assisted living facilities. We found the staff here absolutely wonderful! They were professional, compassionate, helpful, enthusiastic and fun! Very different from other places we visited.

I visited this facility

The experience at Brentwood Estates was lovely. The lady didn't take too long and she got us going on a tour. We were there probably for about 45 minutes before dinner time. We saw a couple of units and we saw the library, the kitchen, and some other spaces, too. They have a lot to offer there. They have a garden. It is a lovely facility, and it is tucked behind houses and villas where it is nice, safe, secure, and quiet. There are lots of trees out of the windows, and it is very close to the hospital, which is important. You can travel, which I like, and when you travel, they have a special room that you can use. She showed us the kind of room that we would have if we were traveling. In the studio apartment, she showed us a little kitchenette, a bed, a bath, and a closet. She also showed us an apartment that was available at the time, which was really nice. They're are also pet friendly, and they have a hot tub, too.

My brother-in-law has moved into Independence House at Northview. It is very lovely and very much like a home. It is small, with only sixteen-to-eighteen residents. The meals seem to be very good. They are prepared by a chef. He cooks at his facility and delivers the food to theirs. My brother-in-law is enjoying the food. The staff has been very good to work with.

My mom stayed at Hillcrest Firethorn. The nurses were full time care and hospice came in once a day to make sure she was comfortable, and they took over her meds. But the facility is the one that took care of her. It's a 2-year old facility and their rooms are very nice, and the people and the nurses are very nice, too. We had a good experience, all things considered that my mom was passing. They worked very well with us. Toward the end, granted we were all masked up and with protective gear on, they were very nice in letting more than just two people in near the end. They were very accommodating.

I visited this facility

We had a very good tour at Brentwood Estates. They did a very nice job. Their facilities and amenities are very clean and user-friendly. Its handicapped accessible, and it's not over-crowded and cramped. Their calendar of activities was satisfactory. They had openings for other things that could come in, but they also had a variety of things that residents could participate in. We didn't have lunch there, but we walked through the dining area, and it was nice. The rooms were very clean with fresh paint, and it was maintained very well. I'd rate the person who gave the tour a 5. I didn't see anything that really needed to be changed.
