Everyone at Courtyard Estates at Hawthorne Crossing was very nice. It was a little bit later in the day, but they still were very helpful. It was a good visit. It was clean and it seemed to be a good environment. The rooms were good. Every week, they can get their nails done, they have hair care, they have different activities, in the morning they can have coffee, and they can hang out all day with each other in the dining area. They have three meals and snacks throughout the day. They have their own chef and their family can stay overnight there. The staff was excellent.

The staff at Courtyard Estates at Hawthorne Crossing has been great, welcoming and caring. I have no complaints about them at all. The number of activities is fair, they would go up and encourage my relatives to participate. Their room is fine, but I was a little disappointed because they told me that when the other person vacates they would put new carpeting in, because it smelled a little bit- but they did not. They serve three meals a day and the food is very good, we are very pleased with it. The cost is just fine.
Go a bit further out to explore pricing and amenities.
